Scoop 1 Tablespoon full and drop directly into hot water. Drape a towel over your head and "trap" the vapors. Let Steam rise  and carry the skin detoxifying ingredients to your face, for detoxifying and purging your pores and lymphatic drainage. 

Use once weekly. Use before your favorite TFC masque.

For full body detox, use 1/4 cup into hot bath water.
