Shipping Costs Determined at Checkout
Please note: Priority shipping is not always available for shipments to Canada, US Territories, P.O. Boxes or certain locations in Alaska. Shipments to these addresses will be sent via U.S. Postal Service. Please call us at 1-360-489-1498 with any questions.
In Canada, we charge actual shipping charges based on the weight, dimensions and shipping destination. You will be given several shipping options during the checkout process.

Customs Fees
International orders will incur a customs fee. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties to your customs department in your country . We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be and these are NOT funds that are given to us. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. Please Note: If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly. The following information is a general guideline on charges levied by the particular country and is subject to change. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to determine the additional customs charges for your particular order. Canadian Customs Canadian duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to Canada are established by Canadian Customs. Anything over $20.00 CAD will be subject to customs fees. Taxes, PST, GST, will vary based on the province to which the items are shipped. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and is determined by Customs. Delivery Information. International Buyer’s are responsible for obtaining insurance when placing your order. We are not responsible for any lost packages within or out of the US. We provide you with a tracking number for you to track in the USA. Once your package has left the USA, it is your responsibility to further track it in your country. If your package is insured it is up to you to contact the appropriate postal service to rectify the situation.
USA:
Standard Shipping - order delivery within 3-7 business days from ship date.
2nd Day Service - order delivery within 2-3 business days from ship date.
Overnight Service - order delivery on next business day from ship date.
Please Note: All Terra Firma Cosmetic Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays.
Canada:
Standard Shipping - order delivery within 3-25 business days from ship date as items are sometimes held up in Canadian Customs. You are responsible for contacting customs should you package be held up.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions:
Shipments to PO Box Addresses are accepted.
Shipments to U.S. Territories, Alaska and Hawaii- TERRA FIRMA COSMETICS ONLINE accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship INTERNATIONALLY.

Terra Firma Cosmetics Return Policy:
We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days on all retail purchases. We do not except returns on custom blended products. We hope you'll appreciate our exceptional quality and purity of our products and that you will love every TFC item you purchase. We fully guarantee and stand by our products. Product Defects:
If you believe you have received a defective product, please send a clear photo of the defect to admin@terrafirmacosmetics.com along with your first and last name, order number and name of product.
Sending Returns Back:
Please note that we cannot accept Certified Mail. If you would like to ensure your package has arrived to our offices, may we suggest using a mail service that offers a tracking number. We will process your return immediately after we receive it and send you a confirmation email. Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to process. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable. Restock charges may apply.
We do not except returns on Wholesale, Private Label and Bulk orders with labels attached other than labels applied by Terra Firma Cosmetics. We do not accept returns on Wholesale, Private Label and Bulk orders if custom blended. All Wholesale, Private Label and Bulk/Tier products that are returned for a credit only.
